Énergie Holdings, Inc. (ELED)

Énergie Holdings, Inc.

Énergie Holdings, Inc. is focused on acquiring and growing companies that provide specialized LED lighting solutions to the architecture and interior design markets. The Company is headquartered in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.

Its first wholly owned subsidiary, Energie LLC, is currently targeting the multi-billion dollar architectural, specification-grade lighting fixture segment of the North American lighting fixture market with innovative, differentiated LED lighting products that exemplify:

  • Energy efficiency
  • High performance with respect to quantity and quality of light
  • Aesthetic design that appeals to the senses while allowing architects and designers to make strong visual statements

Energie partners with European and Asian manufacturers to bring the most sought after lighting products to North America. Through its custom modification process, the lighting becomes usable under domestic UL standards and building code requirements. Energie has installations in all 50 States and Canada.

Énergie Holdings, Inc. is continuing to identify and acquire other companies that have proven expertise in LED technology. Targets include:

  • Lighting fixture manufacturers that complement the Energie product offering,
  • LED component manufacturers who own solid intellectual property, and
  • Internationally recognized consulting firms with experts in the current and future direction of LED technology.

Énergie Holdings, Inc. through its subsidiary, Energie, has products installed in a wide variety of settings including commercial office space, financial trading floors, health care facilities, museums, schools, restaurants, retail stores and other public spaces.

Energie currently maintains exclusive, contractual relationships with five leading European and one Taiwanese manufacturer. No other company can sell the products it represents in North America. The Company has access to all patents, copyrights and trademarks of its partners and owns the UL/CUL listings for each product it sells. As these partners are continually developing new products, Energie has the first right to launch such products in North America. In most cases, the Company’s partners will co-fund the upfront costs associated with launching new products in North America. The long-term strategy is to broaden the relationships with existing partners by adding more products to the branded portfolio as well as adding new manufacturer partner relationships.

In addition to expanding the relationships with current Energie partners, Excellux is focused on acquiring LED companies that complement the Energie brand, LED component manufacturers and LED intelligence.
